"Some people live to eat and others eat to live". Well, I live to eat. Food is one of my greatest pleasures and I think I eat a lot. I like most things but especially fish and stroganoff. I really enjoy tasting food from different countries. We often go to Chinese and Arabic restaurants. There are a few good ones near us. My favorite kind of food's sushi and sometimes we have it at the weekend for a treat. Thiago's really good at making it. I think we're quite healthy, although sometimes I worry that Thiago doesn't eat enough. He does so much exercise. We avoid too much meat and I eat plenty of fruit and vegetables. We try to buy fresh food rather than packets or tins and grill rather than fry. We eat few sugary things, although, I do enjoy a few sweets now and then and a little bit of chocolate. The problem of course is that I put on weight easily so I'm always on a diet. I don't usually have much for lunch. I try to eat just one big meal a day, usually in the evenings with Thiago. I always have a bottle of water with me. During the week I drink litres of water. It's good for the skin and stops me eating too many snacks.
