ABOUT THE JOB 

As our next Administrative Assistant you will provide administrative clerical support to business support team activities and across all offices, ensuring smooth running of British Council activities and processes comply with corporate policies and local legislations.

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE 

You should have experience in administrative or customer services area and be fluent in Portuguese both written and spoken.

Brazil is the largest country in Latin America with a population of more than 200 million. As one of the BRICS it is an emerging economy with a growing international profile. The Brazil operation is currently run from two offices (Rio and Sao Paulo).

The administrative assistant post is part of the Business Support Services team and is expected to actively provide administrative support to the Brazil operation, complying with corporate and local statutory requirements.
